Facebook Group Introduces Class of 2015 to the Dartmouth Community

In the wake of newly admitted members of the class of 2015, many students have expressed great excitement about this new batch of Dartmouth students. Several, most of them '14s, have flocked to the "Dartmouth College Class of 2015" Facebook group, enthusiastically participating in the group activities.

Henry Coppola '14 told The Dunyun that he was "so amped to have a fresh shot with hundreds of new girls" after a disappointing first term of college since "stuck up '14 bitches don't realize how hot a cappella is." Coppola described his posts as "planting seeds for Dimensions," as he wants to "make a name for [himself] early on with the '15 girls."

Unsurprisingly, many of the active '14s were also prevalent on the "Class of 2014" group. However, as James Chovsky '14 told us, "Facebook success didn't translate to actual campus life." After spending much of last summer "friending" his future classmates, Chovsky arrived to campus sure of his popularity amongst his class. "I thought I would run shit during orientation. Instead, everyone I met acted like they knew me, but couldn't quite figure out how. Turns out no one gives a shit how many 'Russian Speaking '14s' there are."

"Yeah I knew who he was. But only cause he friended like every single person in our class," explained David Franklin '14, Chovsky's roommate. "When I saw he was my roommate, I thought it was a joke. But no. I'm stuck in a fucking one room double with the most annoying kid on campus. He was creepy on facebook, imagine what it's like to share a room with him."

Coppola's posts range from listing his favorite frats to explaining the significance of a cappella on campus. One post, dated January 6th, states "Chilled at AD last night, haha yeah it was a wednesday night and yes that's the 'animal house' frat. Note to self: don't wear nikes in the basement lol.'" Another of Coppola's posts included a link to a Brovertones video on Youtube, followed by a comment that "another brovertones show in the bag. Crowd was sick. Celebrated with 2 games of pong,"

To date, Coppola's thread titled "Dimensions host for sale: get him while he's hot" had not yet received any replies.
